Early Spring Care
 - Clean up remaining leaves
 - Cut back any perennials that were kept for wildlife or winter interest
 - Prune out dead, diseased, or broken branches from trees and shrubs.
 
Mid-Late Spring Care
- Redefine existing bed edges or deep edge non-existent bed lines.
 - Install mulch once soil temperatures have warmed up. Mulch should be no more than 3-4” thick.
 - Apply pre-emergent to lawns and beds.
 - Begin mowing as grass starts to grow — usually mid-April.
 - Activate irrigation systems
 - Plant summer annuals (after threat of frost — usually May 15th)
 - Fertilize lawns.
